A900 AtcoPave
Asphalt Pavement Sealer

USES: A900 AtcoPave protects asphalt roadways, driveways, parking areas, playgrounds, sport courts, and other similar paved areas. AtcoPave is also applied so as to beautify asphalt pavements with a rich, black surface color. AtcoPave can be applied over asphalt aggregate patches after they have set up. AtcoPave provides a skid resistant surface, and replenishes the asphalt particles that are lost due to oxidation and erosion. Furthermore, AtcoPave improves drainage by forming a smooth surface, making it easier to sweep and clean with water.

DIRECTIONS: A900 AtcoPave is friendly to apply, especially in warm, dry conditions. AtcoPave sets up in approximately 1 to 4 hours, depending on weather conditions. Apply with a squeegee or medium stiff bristle brush. Do not apply AtcoPave if rain or excessive humidity is imminent either during or immediately following application; or if the outside temperature is below 50° F. Clean gravel, dirt, vegetation, and debris from the application area. Clean oil and gas spots and prime with A940 OilSpot. Fill cracks between .25" and 1.0" with A910 RubrFilr. Clean and fill potholes in the asphalt pavement with A950 AtcoPatch. Apply AtcoPave directly from the container without diluting. Thoroughly mix AtcoPave just prior to application. Apply AtcoPave in two layers at the uniform rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet per layer, totaling 3 gallons per 100 square feet for the entire application. For a premium installation, apply the second layer perpendicular to the first layer. The actual rate of application will depend upon the condition of the asphalt pavement surface being coated. Allow a minimum of 24 hours to dry before traffic is permitted over the AtcoPave. Before releasing traffic, test the AtcoPave to confirm that it has adequately set up.

AtcoPave has been engineered to provide a premium seal coating that protects asphalt pavements from the degrading effects of the environment. AtcoPave also provides superior elastic performance against thermal shock, the daily expansion and contraction of a pavement caused by temperature changes. Additionally, AtcoPave protects asphalt pavements from the sun's destructive UV rays. AtcoPave is your best defense from the elements. With AtcoPave your asphalt pavements will perform much longer.

SPECIFICATIONS: A900 AtcoPave exceeds the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials: ASTM D 2939. Maximum VOC O grams per liter.

PACKAGING: A900 AtcoPave is available in 5 gallon pails, and 55 gallon drums.
